Birch Hills County is currently seeking a legislative administrator to fill a “term position” on a full time basis.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as recording secretary at Council meetings
  • Prepare correspondence as required from meetings
  • Assist with agenda package preparation and distribution for meeting
  • Prepare and update actions list as required
  • Maintain an up-to-date listing of Council appointments
  • Assist with Municipal Elections as required
  • Proofread for accuracy Request For Decision for Council agenda packages
  • Respond to public inquiries
