BIRCH HILLS COUNTY
RESIDENTS
Birch Hills County will be offering Calcium Chloride as a Dust Control agent this year. Birch Hills County cost shares 50/50 on the first 100 meters of dust treatment per landowner. The cost for calcium chloride is $400.00 for the first 100 meters and $8.00 for each additional meter. Applications for dust control will be accepted until April 30, 2012 and forms are available at the Birch Hills County Office or on our web page. All applications must be accompanied by full payment.
Birch Hills County will also be applying calcium to certain roads for road stabilization.They are:
-8 miles on the RR12 from Hwy 49 to TWP 764
-3.5 miles on RR244 from Hwy 49 to Tardif Pit
-8 miles on TWP790 from Hwy 739 - Hwy740
