 Due to extreme dry conditions a fire advisory has been issued. Open burning is NOT recommended at this time, exept in properly designed and well maintained recreational fire pits. A person who lights a fire under this advisory will be responsible for the costs of extinguishing the fire pursuant to Birch Hills County Bylaw 06-00
